Account activation / Payment
Credit / Debit card
Set a valid credit/debit card (Mastercard, VISA) as a payment method. The card will be charged for 1 BAM required for account activation. This amount will be credited to your nextbike account and the account will be automatically activated.

You can make the payment for account activation:

Rent and Return
RENT A BIKE
Scan the QR-code above the rear wheel and frame lock will open automatically.
PARKING/BREAK
If you need to lock the bike during your rental, but want to prevent that locking the bike ends your rental outside official station (which is against the rules), activate the park mode in your app and close the lock afterwards. In your app you can also unlock the bike again and resume your journey.
RETURN
Return your bike at an official station and lock the bike. Your rental will be finished automatically.
